german production engineer Patrick Nuss-

baum. Patrick applies for his creativity in the

implementation of wireless solutions for TV

and event technology as one of the most rec-

ognized german specialists in this area.

onchip in the tunnel of Monaco or helmet

motocross – superstar Robbie Maddison at

his somersault jump over the open Tower

Bridge in London: the wireless camera pic-

tures come in the best HD quality in our liv-

ing room and give us the feeling to be close

to the action.

The design, development, installation and

management of these wireless systems im-

plemented HDwireless. With all that goes

with it. From innovative design in the

weight-saving “lightweight" steadycams,

the Sony Sidepanel Systems, low-vibration

mounting to the optimal communication.

Problems ? Difficulties ? HDwireless only call

it challenges.

For the specialists this is a maxim : the num-

ber of requirements that arise for the pro-

duction team from the respective recording

d&b audiotechnik

Im Mittelpunkt der Workflow-Präsentation von d&b audiotechnik auf der Prolight + Sound steht zu-

nächst der erste Messeauftritt des D80-Verstärkers. Spielt der doch als Herzstück eines d&b Systems

eine ganz zentrale Rolle. Dann ist da die umfangreiche Neuentwicklung der Simulationssoftware Ar-

rayCalc vom vergangenen Jahr, schon damals Vorbote für die aktuelle d&b Workflow-Entwicklung.

Dritte im Bunde schließlich ist die R1Fernsteuer-Software von d&b, ebenfalls ausgestattet mit einer

Vielzahl neuer Funktionen. Komplexe Beschallungsmodelle von der Simulationssoftware über eine

Fernsteuerungsplattform mit nahtlosem Zugriff auf alle Funktionen direkt in den Antriebsstrang ei-

nes Beschallungssystems zu übertragen, wurde schon von vielen versucht, gelungen ist es bisher

keinem.

you’ll still be pleased to know that the trilogy about to be launched by d&b audiotechnik at

Pro Light and Sound on March 12th is no fairy tale. Written with ease of comprehension in mind,

trol software.

forcement models straight from simulation

software, via a remote control platform that

provides seamless access to all functions,

into the drive train of a sound reinforcement

system, is a quest embarked upon by many

a brave soul, but until now, never properly
