Es ist ein international einmaliges Networking-

Event: Anbieter und Nutzer von Veranstaltungstech-

fen sich vom 12. bis 15. März 2014 auf der Prolight +

Sound. Die weltweit größte Messe in diesem Seg-

ment präsentiert den Fachbesuchern einen umfas-

senden Überblick über alle relevanten Gewerke und

Dienstleistungen der Technologien und Services für

Veranstaltungen, Installation und Produktion. Die

Prolight + Sound ist mit dem breiten wie tiefen Pro-

duktangebot der mehr als 850 vertretenen Aussteller

ein unvergleichlicher Impulsgeber der Branche.

Das Showbiz sucht nach immer neuen spektakulären

Inszenierungsmöglichkeiten. Atemberaubende

Events aller Art sind ohne die Technik „hinter den

Kulissen“ nicht denkbar. Auf der Prolight + Sound kann man sie live

in den Hallen und auf dem Freigelände erleben. Die Aussteller prä-

sentieren ihre Neuheiten in den Hallen 8, 9 und 11. Die Concert

Sound Arena, Live Sound Arena und Aussteller mit mobilen Büh-

nen- und Zeltsystemen befinden sich auf dem Freigelände der

Messe.

Zusätzlich zur umfassenden Leistungsschau der Branche hat sich

die Prolight + Sound als wichtige Weiterbildungsplattform etab-

liert. Mit den vielen Informationsveranstaltungen bietet sie Fach-

besuchern und professionell Interessierten die Möglichkeit, sich

über neue Trends der Veranstaltungsbranche zu informieren.

Experten vermitteln in ihren Vorträgen Know-how aus der Praxis.

Innerhalb der Prolight + Sound Conference sind Vorträge und

Workshops der Media Systems, des Prolight + Sound Forums sowie

der VDT Academy gebündelt. Sie findet in Halle 9.1 und Halle 9.T

Cosmopolitan Lounge statt und steht den Besuchern der Prolight +

Sound vom 12. bis 15. März 2014 zum kostenlosen Besuch offen.

Die Eventplaza Conference – Fachforum für Eventmanagement ist

zum vierten Mal Teil der Prolight + Sound. Die Eventplaza Confe-

rence ist die wichtige Plattform für Trends und Strategien, Know-

how, Ideen und Impulse für Veranstaltungen jeglicher Art. Der ers-

te Tag der Eventplaza Conference (12. März) steht ganz im Zeichen

der Sicherheit bei Events. Während der International Event Safety

Conference (I-ESC) im Portalhaus, Via-Ebene, informieren die Refe-

renten zum Beispiel über der richtige Anzahl der Sicherheits- und

Rettungskräfte, die Besucherzahlmessung oder neue Regelungen

der VStättVO. An den anderen zwei Tagen von 13. bis 14. März fin-

den die Vorträge der Eventplaza Conference in Halle 11.0, Raum

Granat statt.

world’s biggest trade fair for this seg-

ment, Prolight + Sound offers trade visi-

tors a comprehensive overview of all rel-

evant disciplines and services in the field

of technologies and services for events,

installations and production. With the

huge horizontal and vertical range of

products of more than 850 exhibitors,

Prolight + Sound is an incomparable

source of impulses for the sector.

Show business is always on the lookout for new and spectacular

ways of staging events. Breath-taking occasions of all kinds are

inconceivable without the technology ‘behind the scenes’ and, at

Prolight + Sound, visitors can experience this equipment in the

exhibition halls and on the outdoor areas. The exhibitors are show-

ing their latest products and innovations in Halls 8, 9 and 11. The

Concert Sound Arena, Live Sound Arena and exhibitors with

mobile stage and tent systems are located on the outdoor areas of

Frankfurt Fair and Exhibition Centre.

In addition to the comprehensive presentation of products and

services, Prolight + Sound is also an important training platform.

With the numerous information events, it offers trade visitors and

professionals the opportunity to discover the latest trends in the

event sector. In lectures, experts disseminate practice-oriented

know-how. The lectures and workshops of Media Systems, the Pro-

light + Sound Forum and the VDT Academy are bundled together

under the name Prolight + Sound Conference. They are held in Hall

9.1 and Hall 9.T Cosmopolitan Lounge and are open to Prolight +

Sound visitors free of charge from 12 to 15 March 2014.

The Eventplaza Conference – Forum for Event Management – is

part of Prolight + Sound for the fourth time. It is the leading plat-

form for trends, strategies, know-how, ideas and impulses for

events of all kinds. The first day of the Eventplaza Conference (12

March) focuses on event safety. During the International Event

Safety Conference (I-ESC) in the ‘Portalhaus’, Via Level, speakers

will discuss, for example, the correct number of security and emer-

gency employees, visitor counting and recent legislation relating

to events. On the other two days, from 13 to 14 March, the Event-

plaza Conference lectures are being held in Hall 11.0, Room ‘Granat’.
