Prolight + Sound Conference

Die Informations- und Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen der Prolight

+ Sound sind 2014 wieder unter dem Begriff Prolight + Sound Confe-

rence gebündelt. Diese ist in die Sparten Veranstaltungstechnik,

Mediasystems und VDT Academy unterteilt. Die Prolight + Sound

Conference wird in Halle 9.1 und Halle 9.T Cosmopolitan Lounge

stattfinden. Mit Vorträgen und Präsentationen geben die Referenten

im Bereich Medientechnik ihr Wissen aus der Praxis weiter und prä-

sentieren Produktlösungen und Dienstleistungen aus dem Bereich

der AV-Medientechnik und Systemintegration. Im Bereich Veranstal-

tungstechnik vermitteln Referenten Informationen zu Sicherheit in

der Veranstaltungsbranche, rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen,

Regelwerken oder Weiterbildungsangeboten. Die VDT Academy ist

die Informationsveranstaltung des Verbands Deutscher Tonmeister.

The information and training events at Prolight + Sound 2014 will

once again be held under the name Prolight + Sound Conference.

This is subdivided into three main sections: event technology, media

systems and VDT Academy. The Prolight + Sound Conference will be

held in Hall 9.1 and the Cosmopolitan Lounge of Hall 9.T. With lec-

tures and presentations, speakers in the media-technology field will

pass on knowledge gained from practical experience and present

product solutions and services from the fields of AV media technolo-

gy and systems integration. In the event-technology section, speak-

ers will discuss security in the event sector, legal issues, regulations

and training options. The VDT Academy is an information event

organised by the Association of German Sound Engineers (Verband

Deutscher Tonmeister – VDT).

Die Gewerke Systemintegration und AV-Medientechnik sind in allen

Hallen der Prolight + Sound integriert dargestellt. Die Aussteller des

Produktbereiches Media Systems sind in der Broschüre „Media Sys-

tems Quickfinder“ verzeichnet, die als Orientierung während der

Messe dient. Diesem Bereich inhaltlich angegliedert sind die Infor-

mationsveranstaltungen im Rahmen der Prolight + Sound Confe-

rence.

The fields of systems integration and AV-media technology are pre-

sented in an integrated manner in all halls at Prolight + Sound. For

easier orientation during the fair, exhibitors in the Media Systems

product section are listed in the ‘Media Systems Quickfinder’. Also an

integral part of this segment are the information events held within

the framework of the Prolight + Sound Conference.
